NOTE.....after talking with BILL I had a dead battery. Stupid thing had enough juice to start the but then drained itself as I was to start driving. I didn't believe it could be the battery but it was, thank you bill.

If for some reason you can call,,, Check the tightness of the battery terminals. Loose terminals will cause issues like this. They need to be torqued to 11 ft/lbs. Clear the DTCs and try her again.
Security light should be blinking which means you have power, maybe not much but there is some there. You may need to do the relearn process on the fob.
The buzzing noise makes me wonder if a relay didn't all of a sudden go nuts on you though......I dunno about that one.
guys, thank you for the concern....I just talked to bill and the battery is dead now so I guess that's all she wrote. I'll have to get a specialized tow and get her home. Thank you for spending time on the phone with me bill. Guess maybe it's battery related.
Thank you again guys for the concern, I love this forum...

Why can't someone bring you another battery. If you don't have AAA, it could pay for itself.
why would ur battery just take a dump??? That doesn't sound right to me. He needs to turn the terminals as they may not have seated properly. And I would clean off the resistor on the key for added measure... Just my 2 cents but I have never seen a battery die from just a disconnect. He may have had it parked for a while with the engine off but powering the radio and such.

Batteries can and do fail at the most inopportune times. I think it is called Murphy’s Law. Bill had him covered and talked directly with the original poster, Chris. Knowing Bill from all of his great posting here I’m sure none of us here could second guess what he has most assuredly already covered with Chris on his unfortunate issue.
Battery showed 3 VDC on a digital volt meter when the terminals were connected and TORQUED in place. With the terminals OFF it showed 11 VDC. Even at minimal loading the voltage dropped to nothing.
We tried to turn on stuff that was hot all the time and there was NOTHING!
Tried all the battery cable terminal checks:
Corrosion
Plastic cover preventing contact
Bad wire crimp connections under the boots
Proper torque
Everything was checked and Nothing was reported out of the ordinary,
Crap man! Sorry for your hassle. Too bad you're not closer to one of us, surely someone would bring you a spare battery to at least get you somewhere to buy another - I HATE getting my car towed...
Almost any average rated car battery would work to get you mobile.
