MAF sensor??
If I am correct??? big if 
the MAF sensor is located at the back of the intake (FAST)...mine makes a slight whistling noise every now and then and I heard that there is a MAF sensor relocation kit ?....
Does the intake have to be removed to repair the leak?
Does anyone have any ideal what a fare price is for this repair/reloaction???

That being said...many people with the FAST have a whistling sound. It seems to be caused by a cast area just inside the throttle body. The was a post a while ago about it.

You have the MAF and MAP sensors mixed up. The MAP is located on the rear of the manifold.
That being said...many people with the FAST have a whistling sound. It seems to be caused by a cast area just inside the throttle body. The was a post a while ago about it.

anyway the map sensor needs to be repaired/relocated.....any ideal on how difficult? cost? Thanks again Kevin for getting me on the right end of the intake

Don't some LS6 intake manifolds also produce this whistling sound? I'm sure I remember a TSB post or something about it...I wonder if it's the same thing?
