We will have an adapter for the A4 F-Body in about a week, and also have selected FlameBall and MOMO shift *****.

Jim,
Got question, does the adapter disable the button on the A4. If this is the case, then that would leave the shifter "open" to movement in either direction without any detent. Is this the case?

The adapter allows the six speed **** in its entirety to act as the button. IE: You push down on the **** to shift.
I might look into this later on, but I think I'd want to shorten the shifter a bit. Not quite ready for that yet.
