Default C5 Code rest

I have a 2001 C5. I know how to enter the manual diagnostic mode and reset the codes. I am getting ABS and Traction Control codes that reappear as soon as I reset them. I just had the brakes done, but the codes won't go off. Does anyone know how to get them to turn off or override the system? Thanks The code is C1214 H C. I just need to get the computer to stop the service notifications and turn off the dash lights. Any way this can be achieved?

Fix the problem. The codes don't set for no reason.

Let us know how things turn out.

Just curious, what did you have done to the brake system? Just pads and rotors? Or was the system actually opened up that would have required bleeding? Maybe there's air in the system or something.

If you didn't have the problem before the brake job, I'm betting you knocked off a wheel speed sensor.

The code is C1214 H C. I just need to get the computer to stop the service notifications and turn off the dash lights without getting to the actual repair just yet. Any way this can be achieved?

That is an EBCM relay code. www.absfixer.com can repair the module.

Removing the EBCM is easier from below, remove the top 2 screws from the top and the other 4 from the bottom-MUCH easier.

ABSFIXER has instructions on his website with pics for removal.
