Default Headlight resting position

I have noticed recently that my 97's passenger side headlight pokes up a little when closed. not so much that I think anyone else could see it, but as much time as I spend on it, I notice. how do you adjust the resting position of the headlights?

With the headlight popped up, you will see about four screws holding the painted cover in place. The screw holes are slotted which provides some adjustment.

And you also must adjust the 4 posts up or down that support the painted cover from underneath

After removing the painted panel there will be 4 posts, one near each corner. Each threaded post adjusts up or down and has a white plastic hex-head cap that the painted panel rests on.
