Default I need some help here

Went racing last night, this morning the car starts fine. I changed the plugs, and took her for a spin. About 20 miles into my cruise, the check engine light comes on and the car begins to buck violently. I shut it down and wait. The car won't idel and has a hard time staying started. When it was acting up, I floored it but it wouldn't go above 3k. I restarted the car and was able to limp it home. My dealer won't be able to take it till monday... Any suggestions.

Here are the codes that I got:

10- PCM P0171 H
10- PCM PO174 H
AO- LDCM U1064 H
BO-RFA U1000 H
BO-RFA U1064 H

I'm pretty sure that the 1064 code is from my top down tech windows commander.

I'm not a tech, but i did check the service manual:
P0171 - Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 1
P0174 - Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 2
U1000 - Class 2 Data Link Malfunction

Can't help much more, but I would check under the hood and dash for any loose connections first.

Good Luck!

What does this mean>

P0171 - Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 1
P0174 - Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 2
U1000 - Class 2 Data Link Malfunction

Can any of it be traced back to me changing the plugs today?

I'm sure you have already checked this (?), but if the intake tubing has come loose or developed an air leak this would do it. My RM Twin-Tube design came loose from the maf and had the same symptoms as you describe.

I am a complete idiot. The powerduct had a small gap between the MAF and the power duct. Thanks for your input. You saved my weekend.

Got to love it when the fixes are easy like this one. I started my car after having the battery out and chaning the plugs and knew the idle required a "re-learn". I started the car and it raced and then slowed and raced and slowed and then settled into a lumpy idle. I pulled it out of the garage and the idle went nuts again. I am thinking to myself that I didn't believe the idle re-learn process would be so radical. Then I step on the brakes and the pedal is as hard as a rock. The big lightbulb goes off and I realize I didn't hook the vacuum line to the brake booster back up. Duh

All was fine once I put that on, so we have all been there
