Default Code thrown

It seems pretty obvious but wanted to check with you guys before buying new o2's for my car but the other day my check engine light came on.

codes: P0135 and P0155 Both my rear O2's

The car has LT's and a cam so I am assuming there are no front o2's and they've been tuned out. Not sure if the rear o2's were wired with the front connectors or if that will even matter.

I pulled fuse 15 from the fuse box and it is not blown. So i just reset the codes and drove it alittle bit more just to see if the light will come right back and it did. Car seems to run rich but I figured because it has no cats since it still runs strong but I've only had the car for a month and it barely has over 25,000 miles.

If its the original ones I guess after 7 years the part will go bad but just wanted to know if theres another way to determine if both will go out at the same time or replacing them is my best bet right now.

I don't see how that's possible, considering they are required for fuel trims.....

That does not make sense either...

Have you been under the car yet?....are there even O2s in the rear positions? Typical header install will move the rear sensors to the front positions(using adapters), and the rear positions are plugged/tuned out.......so there should be nothing going to the rears, unless you have all four 02s.

opps, i think i got that mixed up about the fronts. Havent been under the car yet since I dont have a lift and live downtown in a city and the car sits pretty low. Ill try to crawl under it tomorrow when the snow dries.

It has lg longtubes and its been tuned. So i just assumed that the rear ones were tuned out. Do you think theres a way to tell if theyre tuned out or possibly still being used and just went bad? Guess i'll have to crawl under the car to check and see if there are 4 or 2 oxygen sensors.

How in hell can you Crawl under your car. DO you mean jack it up THAN crawl under it. I would bet that the wires got burnt against the headers before an actual sensor failure x2.
