You can but with non runflat tires your TPMS is more improtant than ever. What you need are new rubber O rings.

No the DIC can't tell you anything about tire pressure if you don't have TPMS installed.

I would probably run a 275/40, or 275/45.

Make it easy on yourself, just go to any autoparts store or even a Home Depot store.

I do not think theres a HOME DEPOT there! You need to find a Boat / Marine shop or a hardwar store. They should have a selection of O rings to replace the old O rings on your sensors.

When you get the O rings, the furrel that screws on the out side of the wheel will need to be properly torqued in place. The value is in "INCH POUNDS" so it not very tight. With new O rings, you should be leak free. Once the TPS are installed in the wheels, you should re-learn them to each wheel. The procedure is in the OWNERS MANUAL. You will need a magnet to enable the sensor in the wheel.
