Default right door control module no communication on pcm

hi all i just got my right door from not working locks and windows and lights. i look for codes and my right door control module has no communication.

i just recently installed a column lock simulator to solve my column lock problem but i dont see how that should mess it up.

it was working fine a few days ago.

i checked the fuses in the passenger footwell and they are fine. the ones i checked are the right door control module

any help would be appreciated

i will be checking the wire connection soon but i don't think that would be the problem

They go out after awhile. $120 or so for a new one. There may be a few other things to check like the wiring that goes through the door into the car(looks like a accordian) give that a little wiggle and see if that doesn't help if it starts to work you may need to check thr wiring/grounds. Pretty common on these cars.

First thing to check is to check the wiring in the door hinge area. Is it connected? There's a connector in there which may be disconnected or corroded. Also, check the wiring which routes through the rubber gaiter and make sure it's not damaged. See if you have any chafing. If you do, repair it and see what codes you have.

You can also swap the right door control module with the left door and see if the problem travels or not. While your at it, inspect the little pins that the connectors plug into on the card, I have seen them broken off before.
