This is the plug that comes off of the wire loom that goes to the fans. 2 plugs go to the fans, and then this little guy is just dangling there. I looked around but can't figure out where it goes. Thanks, fellas.
Hmmm... It definitely is white and gray. I tried to track down the other side of the plug, but found nothing, sucker is good at hide and seek. The only other plug that I seen that was similar to that was the same plug, but black and red wires, and that is already plugged into something that is the same color(red and black).

Not sure what you have plugged into what, but one half of the magnasteer circuit is white and gray, and the other half is red and black. I believe the receptacle to the rack, has the red and black wires, while the plug side from the EBCM, has the gray and white wires.
You can see is this pic that I have the one coming from the wire loom next to the alternator going to the other side of the black and red plug. this leaves no where for the plug that comes from the radiator fan loom to go to. Unless this plug up top is supposed to go elsewhere.

At some point, you have to look at the harness layout, and ask yourself...."does this look right?"
Unless my perspective is skewed, it almost appears that you have connected the magnasteer receptacle, to the windshield washer pump plug. The magnasteer is RED and BLACK, the windshield washer pump is PINK and BLACK.
Well, the one plug I had connected to the black and red wire was definitely pink, not red. I decided to unhook it and hook the gray and white plug to the red and black wire plug, like you mentioned. So, now the the plug that was up by the alternator was left unplugged. The plug that was left unplugged doesn't seem like it will reach the spot on the windshield washer tank where it would need to go.
I am trying to track down some kind of harness diagram that will show me exactly where they need to go.
Thanks for the help, Lucky.
Edit:
Ahh.. I actually removed the the pump for the tank when I installed my alky kit. I just looked at the pump and you are right, it sure looks like it would plug to it.

You can confirm by hooking up your meter to the plug, and see if you get 12 volts at the connector, when you press the washer switch on the stalk. .....key has to be in ACC or ON.
I did what you said and I confirmed that was the windshield washer plug(pink and black). I hooked up the meter to that particular plug and when I hit the washer switch it read 12V. Thanks.
