Your best gains are probably going to depend on your tune. I know with my LS6 with just a K&N intake and mufflers, I'm nearing 90% injector DC with +/- 0.2% LTFT's. A bigger manifold might make me go static, so consider injectors? Maybe some guys with manifold experience can chime in.

The Weiand/Lingenfelter looks a little more like the stock intake and the internals are a little better than an LS6. I picked up some power on my last car when I switched from LS6 to the Weiand with no porting. No I don't have the slip anymore as that was back in 2004.

Plus, they polish up nicely.

You can bolt up an 80mm right out of the box (like a BBK tb) or it can be opened up and tapped to accept a 90.

The base plate underneath is removable to let you internally port it, along with portmatching the runners.

Be patient, and a used FAST 90 will come along. This manifold beats all the others for performance gains. Not very pretty, though.
