I have EGs Original WHIPLASH Cam and love it. I'm making 450 RWHP. Its an 02 ZO6 with:
Patriot stage 2 heads, Whiplash Cam, Stainless Works headers with a complete 3" cat back X pipe system, VARARAM, Home Ported FAST90 with a Home ported 90mm TB, 42 lb/hr injectors.
Tuning is a BIG part of making the cam work well with all those parts. Had a close friend initially tune it (he did a superb job) and had EG make a few adjustments which helped driveability a LOT!

I have a Harrop ITB, so that lets me run a huge cm yet idle very smooth.

I have the ms3, stage 1 ls6 heads and ported fast 90 and it made 469/416. Most of the numbers I have seen from the whiplash cam are about the same. It seems like more people go with texas speed but englandgreen makes good products.

MS3 is
nowhere near as big as our Whiplash II. Not even close.
But the MS3 is a great cam, makes great power and many like it. Our Whiplash II is a different beast altogether. Same with the MS4 vs. Chaos II - not in the same league.. not even the same sport!
