Sounds like you're really struggling to find something wrong.

How much of a voltage drop to you see? Does it drop with an RPM dip?

Where are you reading this so called VOLTAGE DROP reading??????
If it on the DIC/IPC Volt meter, YOU ARE NOT reading actual battery voltage. Your reading the voltage AFTER the IGNITION SWITCH>
READ the voltage directly on the battery terminals and see what its doing.
IF,, your seeing a voltage drop there, you either have:
1. POOR connection on the BATT wire on the back of the alternator.
2. POOR connection on the STARTER SOLENOID (The alternator charge wire connects there and them goes to the battery.)
3. POOR contact.connection on the battery terminals. Can you move the terminals by hand?? If so,,, thats a problem!!
