Hey, thanks dgrant. That makes sense, I will take a look and see if I can find it this evening. I was thinking electronic , but really haven't looked at the vacuum side or even thought of it the way you just explained. I know you mentioned it earlier but I was thinking the vacuum was just for changing where the air came out, did not know it went to a hot/cold blend valve. I'll let you know what turns up. Thanks again!
Found it, the line still had vacuum, and its been sitting since yesterday. So, I can assume the vacuum is good to there. How does one know if the vacuum control solenoid valve is good? I will say, its the easiest thing to possibly change. I am going to look more tonight, but if you have any more knowledge on this, please feel free to enlighten me. Thanks again!

I really don't have more knowledge on it other than saying, change the settings and see if the vacuum to that valve changes. The two actuators are electrical for the driver/passenger and depending on the codes will tell what's going on with them. But that major blend valve...I've never accessed it. Bill Curlee has and has pictures of all of this.
