Cleaning grounds question.

Default Cleaning grounds question.

Do I have to dissconnect negative battery terminal while cleaning grounds? im in the process of trouble shooting EBCM code c1214H. Does the battery need to be disconnected to remove EBCM. Thanks for all you help on this forum. Jeff49

i think the rule is anytime you are playing around with any part of a vehicles electronic system you should remove the neg battery cable.
