Its not the water connection. Its on the lamellar at the right site. The rubber is installed.

Do you know something about to repair it?

Not sure how old the radiator is but ... I'd call the manufacturer and see if it was covered under the warranty first.

Other than that; those don't look like they can be repaired as they are welded together. You'd have to use some sort of parts store stop leak product which I always discourage using and would only use if no other options existed and couldn't afford to purchase a new radiator.

If it is leaking along the weld it can be repaired by a good TIG welder.
Anyone locally who is listed as repairers of oil and air coolers will be able to fix that.
If the core is leaking it is replaceable again by oil and air cooler repairers.

Let us know how you get on.

I put the original radiator back in the car.
The repair man told me, that this ron davis looks like cheap asia quality
The differenc temperatures are not very big. Only the oil needs longer to get warm.

And iam the the only one with Problems. A other C6 Z06 driver has a leak too in his Ron Davis.

I know from personal experience that RON DAVIS is a stand up company (AZ). I've used two of his custom built aluminum radiators in frame off tri five Chevy show cars. Never an issue in those two applications.

RON DAVIS has been manufacturing heat exchangers for a wide variety of applications (drag race, sprint, off road, stock car, oem) for years. He's second generation in the business.

I have a Ron Davis radiator on my C5 w/ oil cooler and zero problems since install 2 1/2 years ago. Also, Ron Davis Customer Service is SUPER! Spent about 30 to 45 minutes talking about aftermarket compression type fittings and routing for the oil lines, and dual SPAL fans. They were very helpful and went out of their way to give info even though it meant no extra sale for them. Try giving them them a call or shoot them an E-Mail, I am sure they will assist. Actually, I think they would really appreciate it, just to know there could be some type issues with their brand name radiator.
