Ive been around C5 for a LONG time.. A TPS is a TPS.. It reads tire pressure and there are ZERO adjustments. Have you taken the car for a drive so the RFA and sensors up date?????
That is the ONLY thing that I can think is causing the difference. Give it a few daya and some drives and compare it to a known good gage.
The painted rims have there original sensors they came with.I checked the pressures with 2 different gauges. They were set at 30lbs.
I drove the car about 40 miles since I put them on.
The dash and the gauge did not match.
I did not train them.I have no idea what that is.
I just have had the car a short time. This is my first C5 .I have had 3 C4s

I agree,, DID YOU DO A TPS RELEARN procedure??? Unless you have relearned the sensors, they will not register or transmit..
Do the relaarn and see what happens.... The procedure is in the owners manual.
Mine got closer to guage pressure the longer they were there
Have had the C5 almost 10 years. The TPMS readings were always off on 2 or more wheels. Guage pressure did not match TPMS DIC readings.
Over the years have replaced 3 of the 4 sensors. NOW they almost always read very close to the readings taken with a tire guage.
Don't know if new sensors are more accurate or what but last 2 or 3 years they seem more accurate.
