Blownnasty, We also do full injector servicing and restoration.
THE SERVICE INCLUDES:
1) Injectors are externally cleaned, visual inspected
2) We test injectors for resistance, shorts, and current draw.
3) We perform leak test, spray pattern, and flow rate testing on one of our 3 ASNU flow benchs. All data is recorded and sent to you.
4) Remove filter baskets, o-rings, and pintle caps. Metal injectors are bead blasted to remove old paint and rust from the injector body.
5) The injectors are placed in a heated ultrasonic bath to insure that the injector is free of dirt and contamenants that could hinder the rest of the process.
6) The injectors are now put into another ultrasonic system while they are pulsed allowing the ultrasonic energy to dislodge any particles and build-up inside the injectors.
7) The injectors are now back flowed to remove all debris, etc.
The injectors are now returned to the flow bench for retesting of all functions. The data from this test is returned to you in detail with your injectors.
9) The injectors are now refinished with high temp paint. the stainless steel injectors are polished to a high finish.
10) One of our techs. now reassembles the injector, using all new parts.
11) The injectors are then vac sealed and packaged for shipment along with the old parts.
Prices are
$15 per injector for top feed
$20 per injector for side feed.
Usual turnaround time is around 1 week.

Blownnasty, if they are real Siemens then you shouldn't have any issues, but there are several knock offs around. Most of what is on Ebay are Chinese Siemens copys, and those will cause you headaches.
Update as well. Out of the 25 sets we had at this introductory price, only 1 is now left, I will post up when it is gone. After that price goes up to $389 (bosch raised pricing)

These are what came with Andy's blower kit from A&A Corvette. I've taken them off and checked them with the meter, they all checked out fine to me. But on the dyno they claimed two cylinders was red hot and blamed it on the injectors..... So IDK, I didn't see it myself and haven't had the chance to put it back on the dyno. According the the scanner they are only at about 68-70% duty cycle at WOT.

Are these Bosch Design 4 the latest design from Bosch? Better injector?
Also, are the ratings (ex: 42 lb/hr) made at 43.5 or 58psi?

The Design IV is Bosch's latest injector, it is the EV14 used in the LS3/7/9 but in a full length size. I have injectors for LS7, although the Design IV listed above is in LS1/6 length.
The sizes above are rated at 43.5psi. My EV14 shorts for LS3/7/9 are rated at 58psi.
Example, instead of a 42lb for the LS3/7/9 I have a 50lb @ 58psi. I have them in sizes from stock replacement, up to 208lb @ 58psi.
