Default Manifold Code Question?

Background: 2000 Vert with 41K miles.
I replaced a bad balancer and installed a new LS6 intake manifold and Vararam with power duck.
She fired right up and idles nice. I warmed it and have had it out twice. No codes. The check engine light came on and now I have a code: P0107 H C. Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit Low Voltage. I was very careful and am sure I plugged it in. Should I just give it some more time? Any problem with driving it under this code? Low voltage, could it be my battery is low? Thanks, Mark

It's not going to fix itself over time. Either the electrical connector became disconnected or you have a vacuum leak where the MAP connects to the intake. You should be able to see/feel the connector from the passenger side. It may require pulling the intake back off to check it out.
The ECM uses manifold pressure for engine load calculations and corrections. You should get this problem resolved sooner than later.

Of course I didn't want to pull the manifold again, but I will. The manifold is new so the sensor that came installed in it is new. Should I go ahead and replace the sensor anyway?

How about troubleshooting, and decide if the sensor needs to be replaced, based on the outcome? You may have a wiring issue precipitated by the manifold replacement.

How should I troubleshoot it? Is there a troubleshooting procedure?

I found the procedure. Wow, It looks a bit over my head and I don't have a scan tool. Looks like a trip to the mechanic.
