i plan on installing some pfadt engine mounts when i get around to putting my lg's in... i might get a new tunnel plate while everything is off to help with the in car temps since i won't be running cats... my lg's came with gaskets but i opted to get new gm mls gaskets instead
Regarding the noise level I have the same setup(LG Streets, Z06 Ti, O/R pipes though) and the car makes zero noise just cruising. Just accelerating normally above 2500 you can hear it a little bit and at WOT it does sound nice but pretty quiet. I wanted that stock level cruising and the setup delivers there but it's kind of disappointing at WOT. I wish it was way louder than it is. Can't have your cake and eat it too though.

good call on the mounts, I forgot about those. Thanks for all the info.

Thanks Quick Shot, I guess I might thave to get some new mufflers. First I will see what this set up does for me.
Is there any other Mod I should do at the same time im Installing the headers
Change your spark plugs when you do the headers (and the wires if you want). Your going to have to take out the spark plugs to get the headers in/out and there a pain. I spent more time getting the spark plug wires and plugs out of the engine then anything else. I went with the LG street headers with x-pipe/cats and it sounds really good I had corsa extreme exhaust installed prior to the headers and the sound changed alot just mainly deeper and louder at WOT. Still no drone until 100+ MPH. I recommend the LG, you get what you pay for and the kooks are for people who are cheap.

i also have the corsa xtreme and am anticipating the sound change myself... i wouldn't go as far as saying kooks are for cheap people though, they are a really good brand, maybe not the absolute best or will make the most power but they are at the upper end of the spectrum with lg, arh, etc

You have the EXACT setup as i do and i have gotten mulitple comments on the sound. I love the 6th gear cruise yet you can smash the throttle and KNOW somthing is back there. Its pretty loud.

same here with my ARH system: 1 7/8" with 3" catted X and B&B Tri flo mufflers. pretty dang quiet til you're up in RPMs. that's why i also have some DMH cutouts where i put mine still creates very little drone but will wake the dead above 3000rpm!
i just got a chocolate cake & i know firsthand that it's quite delicious!!
