Perhaps users of HP tuners can chime in here, but I'm assuming you can monitor the crankshaft sensor output....or....the RPM at a minimum. Have you done this? I see no mention in the thread. I also do not see any mention of ensuring the coil packs have a good ground...checked with a meter. I also asked 2 days ago, if any recent work was done.......?

Also, how did you check the fuel pressure?
