Default OEM C6 wheels on C%

What do you need to do to install OEM C6 Wheels on a C5. The C6 wheels off from a 2008 C6 coupe. Not ZO6 or GS.

Just put them on and have them balanced...direct fit. I'm running C6 wheels on my 97.

I have been looking and if I could find it I would not have asked the question.

As for the other responce that said they are a direct fit, he does not know what he is talking about

In most cases you only need a jack and a lug wrench. This is my car with C6 wheels and no spacers.

On the rears, check your inside clearance to the wheel tubs.

Some C5's have needed 1/4" spacers on the rears, because of the C5 vs. C6 rear wheel offset difference.

Run a half to 5/8 spacer with extended rear lugs if u don't want it to look retarded.

For my car there is no rubbing. However, rear tires set close to inner wheel wells and in some cars rubbing has been observed. Here are some pictures of the rear wheel wells with both OEM C5 and C6 wheels. Many are surprised that they look similar due to the different offsets. What they fail to take into consideration is that C6 wheels are wider than C5s.
