Dual climate control
I live in Florida and it's about 85 and the temp on the dual climate control says it's 5

so you are saying the display is not displaying 2 numbers or it is reading in celsius

No in celsius it reads -15

well I was going to say if it is a case of single digit display you may just have a loose connection...there have been some soldering fixes posted for the HVAC controller here in tech

is it reading wrong or only displaying the second number I guess is my question...you say it's 85 but showing 5 so does it actually display anything over single digits?

I am no expert but a few folks on here have fixed there control units
I had forum member tstar fix mine so if all else fails PM him he can probably offer some suggestions if no one else does.
BTW where in FL are you?

You should check your exterior temperature sensor located in front of the rad intake on the passenger side. The connection could of came loose or it could have broken off. There should be a small black peg sticking out about 3/4 of an inch long.
