Bill: I am not sure you got my previous message. Replaced the BCM with a used one supplied by a forum member at the very resonable price. Plugged it in , completed the re learn procedure and it started . Cleared the existing codes and ran diagnostics all "No Codes". I would be happy to send you the old BCM if you would like check it out. At any rate a heartfelt thanks for your kindness and expertise.
