I've read the DIY sticky about a broken vacuum line causing air to come from all vents. I pulled the panel behind the right front wheel and believe I found the vacuum line involved. If I cut the line and apply vacuum to the end going into the passenger compartment and get vacuum to hold I can be pretty sure that the leak is between my cut and the back of the intake mannifold right? If not, it's obviously in the line going into the cabin or in the lines under the dash. I have no idea how you guys get your hand down behind the intake to remove the vacuum line there that's why I'm trying to isolate where it's leaking.
You really need to PULL the intake manifold and extend that line o male it easier to maintain and work on. I used a nylon line repair kit from ADVANCED Auto to extend the vacuum line.
Vacuum line is located in wire bundle below battery. It is black and looks like a wire. Mine was damaged due to leaky battery. I cut it and coupled it and ran new hose to actuator in wheel compartment. You can test vacuum from manifold by doing this. After you cut it, start your car, if you have suction from the piece from the behind the manifold, no need to remove your manifold. Hope that makes sense.

Acid melted and deteriorated both the line coming from the manifold and the line going thru the firewall. Took me 2 days to find the manioild line buried in the harness coming from the engine. Other lines going from check valve inside the right front fender and the check valve were also bad.
Numerous posts on here telling you how to just replace all deteriorated line with vacuum hose. Check valve can be accessed without removing fender by just unscrewing 2 or 3 screws underneath the fender and blocking the fender temporarily with a small piece of wood and putting your hand in there. Even with my huge hands was able to do it easily.
