Does anyone know the diameters of the stock pulleys on an LS1? Had a guy looking at the car today and said the pulleys looked like they were u/d. I have not changed them.

He said pulley(S) plural as in all of them looked like underdrive pulleys? He has no idea what he is talking about...
If you're going to lose sleep over it than with the post above. Buy a stock belt and see if it fits right... The only underdrive kits I've ever seen for the C5 involve replacing the the harmonic balancer (huge pita btw)
Actually, you can buy u/d pulleys for the alternator and power steering as well as the crankshaft. I just figured someone on here might know the stock diameters. It's much easier to measure them than it is to change a belt for ha-ha's. BTW, I don't lose sleep over anything.
For the stock LS1 damper pulley, the diameter of the flange area (outer most diameter) that the belt rides in between, is 7.52” or 191mm and the A/C side is 7.24” or 184mm.
Could be. I think he was going by the size of the alternator pulley, which does appear to be small. Not something I paid alot of attention to when I bought the car for my wife 2 years ago. Had they been u/d, it would have been an additional bonus to go along with the AFR's, 3.73's and vararam that were on it.

So, if you are selling your wife's Vette, what will replace it? Will there still be a Vette in the family?
