YEP! Look at this picture. The contacts in the very center of the switch are most likely malfunctioning and making contact when they are not suppose to.

WELL,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I have a post that details switch repair BUT,,, as that contact is low current an it has never given me any issues so I can only tell you to disassemble the switch and have at it OR get a new switch. Either way, you have to remove the switch:
