Lights dim...
My front lights dim everytime I press the break pedal. I just noticed it when I was parking my car the other night in the garage. I also noticed longer time ago everytime I turn in the index light all the lights on the instrument panel go darker lighter darker lighter. It's not a huge difference but you can see it. Is this a corvette issue or GM issue? Or is it my car?!

Could be an any car issue, depending on the severity. To start with, check the battery cable connections, not only at the battery but the positive cable at the starter, negative cable at the frame and alternator connections.
