I bought some nice used Z06 seats. They didn't come with tracks,so I bought a power track. The seat didn't come with a switch panel and I couldn't find one.I put the seats in and the passenger track is non power and works fine.I thought I could put power to each motor and adjust the seat position which was no problem. The problem is the seat track has hinged levers at the front and a set at the back. You can push the seat up and down at the front of the seat because of these hinged levers. It moves about 4"s up and down.In other words when you are sitting in the seat and you accelerate the seat goes tilts back all of a sudden as if the front track was not bolted down. The only way to keep the seat stable is to power the seat all the way back and then tilt the upper half with the side lever back far enough to rest on the rear angled bolster.Great if you are 6'8" but I'm only 5'11" and can barely reach the wheel.
HELP.
I don't know what to tell you. You are mixing components so things aren't going to work the way you wish. I would suggest that you contact a corvette recycling company or salvage and start acquiring the things you need. Did your car have the sport seats in it before or manual seats?...powered seats vs non-powered.
