Auto lock system?
Our 98 coupe which we had set to lock/unlock automatically then changed to only lock/unlock with the fob. But still have the following problem. With both sets of our keys hanging on the key rack, just walking into the garage the car will lock....then walking around the garage it will unlock....then lock as long as there is a warm body in or even approaching the garage from inside the house.
Any suggestions to cure or exorcise my Vette will be appreciated.

There should be a slide switch on your FOB,,, make sure its off. In the DIC,, use the OPTIONS and set up the FOB Function to ACTIVE OFF

I'll add in here...good old fashoned pocket dust will cause the slide switch to effectively turn on, even if the slide switch is in the off position. Blow it out real good.
