Lots of varables here. Just need to sort out the issues one by one. The MISFIRE is the very first one to solve!!!

I agree Bill, I'm just thinking he need to restore the stock config (MAF and IAT), so he can eliminate the unknowns......you know those "adapter" harnesses are a crapshoot(he went from a 3 wire to 5 wire MAF).....as to whether they are pinned up correctly.

I agree 100%
Get that OEM MAF reinstalled and eliminate that as one of the issues. Leave it there till you nail down the other issues. Then swap it out and see how the car runs.

After trying everything listed here I decided to pull the rockers I recently installed. I found this one:
and determined I mounted one rocker support upside down. This may have held a valve slightly open as it cut a groove in the rocker. Doesn't appear to be any other damage. If I still have a problem after installing the new rocker I will do a compression check to see if there was any valve/piston contact. The tech at Comp said he didn't think there was a clearance problem.
Final report. Replaced damaged rocker along with the pedestal and bolt. Removed all rockers and reinstalled them correctly (pistons at TDC) and car fired up fine. Ran my best of 11.47 @ 118 on Sunday in 47 degree air. Thanks for your help guys.
