Default Clutch problem help

Hello all, I have a 99 six speed coupe that has been a weekend car about a year and a half now. Well since the car was bought I heard a rattle type noise coming from under the car while at idle, now when I press the clutch in the noise goes away. Also when starting out in first gear and letting go of the clutch pedal I will get a loud streaking/rubbing noise?
Now this past Friday I went to back the car out of the garage and the car seemed to have a lot of trouble disengaging the clutch to let me shift into reverse or first gear, it would just grind. So I let it sit until this morning and when I got in the car the clutch pedal was all the way down near the floor, I had to pick the pedal back up. So now I'm thinking there is a hydraulic problem, I begin pumping the clutch pedal slowly before starting the car and I checked the reservoir and it appears to be full, just the fluid is a bit dark. So I start the car and it easily goes into first and reverse and all the other gears.

So what do you guys think? Is the slave cylinder going out or leaking? Is the throw out bearing worn out? I'm not familiar with all the components, I just know there is a torque tube with the trans. out back and the clutch assembly still up front? Also how do you bleed the clutch on these cars?
Thanks for any help.

How many miles on the clutch, and did the noise go away after you pumped the clutch pedal?

You could very well have more than one thing going on here. The noises you mention would most likely be the throughout bearing. I would suggest taking a look at the spring that is on the clutch pedal to see if it is broken. If it is this could cause the low pedal. The pedal has to return to the top to open the reservoir to the system.

No the noises are still there, just went and drove it about 40 miles in a lot of stop and go traffic, shifts fine now. I'll take a look at that spring on the clutch pedal. The car has about 62k on it, not really sure how many miles are on the clutch but I do remember the carfax saying it was replaced at one point at a dealer.
