A little help if someone has expierienced this before. My familes garage is rebuilding a minor front end wreck 98 targa auto. The left turn signal works fine, the right however flashes rapidly and no flash to the front right. Tested it and no power to it as well. The bulbs front and rear are correct and new. Could it be the turn signal stalk, wire or any ideas. Thanks,,,

If you do a search on turn signals you will find a wealth of information on this subject.
The flasher is part of the hazard switch on this car. They are known to fail, but from what I understand, the normal failure mode is the unit will just stop flashing. I'm no expert on this subject, but others here are. I would suggest doing a continuity test of the new bulbs just to make sure you didn't install bad for bad.
Try cycling the hazard switch several times and see if it comes to life. Does the lamp turn on when the twighlight mode is disabled, parking brake down and ignition turned on?

The Hazard switch also houses the flasher. The flasher is an all-or-nothing deal. If the rears and dash indicator is flashing then it's not the hazard/flasher.
It could be the multi-function switch (aka turn signal switch). It could be the DRL relays or fuses in the fuse block. Since it's a front end wreck, my money would be on the wiring harness being damaged.
That's why I asked if the lamp is working as a DRL which you can only get to turn on when the parking brake is down, ignition on and either daylight condition or the twilight mode turned off...the DRL should turn on. If not on at that time, then start backing up to find out where the voltage is missing from such as the relays or the hazard switch and lastly the headlamp switch.
