It looks like the Lunati lobes might be a bit nicer on valvesprings as well, while sacrificing just a touch under the curve. The x2 I drove was paired with AFR 205s and made great power and was very civilized in stop and go traffic, so I'm hoping this is similar.

The overall drivability is great. I've put about 5k miles on the setup and it is amazing. Stop and go traffic is nothing. No issues at all. Strong, solid idle. Easy cruising, very smooth. Honestly - not much different from stock driving, yet it sounds like a beast and has some nice kick. If you're thinking about it - then go for it. This cam performs great N/A and from the way it looks - it would respond to F/I very nicely if you decide to in the future. Good luck!

Congratulations, I hope mine goes as smoothly.
Good luck on your build! I didn't do the ls6 pcv conversion but instead chose to go the oil catch can route. I don't have really bad oil consumption issues but I hear some guys say that even with the ls6 conversion they still experience some issue with it. With the catch can, I feel like it is more controlled. I hear different opinions but that is what I have observed on my setup.

If you decide to go through with the conversion then go for it - it'll definitely help out. Good luck!

Thanks for the info! I actually might go one step up from this. I'm willing to sacrifice a bit for a few extra hp. Their 237/243 is looking pretty good if these lobes are this civil.
