Default No AC with all these codes...!!!

When I try to use my AC/Heat I get nothing coming out of my vents. I can hear the ac clutch kick in and everything else work but no air comes out in any of the vents. And I think my defrost wont work either. Help!!! I need to fix this ASAP because its starting to get cold here in FL!

Heres the codes that I pulled up.

PCM
P1626 H

HVAC
B0441 H C
B0363 H C

LDCM
U1064 H

RDCM
U1064 H

Okay I deleted the all the codes and the only ones that came back are B0441 and B0363
anyone know how to fix this? Will I need to buy a new actuator?

I got one from rockauto and frankly, it was cheap compared to oem. The nice part is, it works perfectly. PITA to install the driver's side but its doable. You might have a few choice words for the GM engineers and your back will be hurting from being under there on the floorboard, but you can do it.

That doesn't make sense does it? Nothing? Do you get something when the AC is off? Even if the AC is not working, or the actuators are messed up, Wouldn't you get something out of the vents?Maybe I need more coffee.

If no air is coming out of no place, then check the vacuum line from the MAP sensor down along the rear of the battery to where it enters the firewall.

I checked the vacuum lines behind the battery and they seem fine. No holes or tears. Took out the driver side actuator to see if I have a broken gear. I didnt see anything broken in there. Can that actuator go bad without breaking any gears inside?

And yes NOTHING comes out of the vents when i try to turn it on/off...not even a little breeze to cool or warm me up.

First off, find where the vacuum line actually starts, on the back area of the manifold ( I believe, this is where they sometimes break, especiallly if you have replaced the oil sensor), then follow through the battery area, and down. Also, check the vacuum block which is up and under the glove box area.
One other item not mentioned, does your blower work? Can you hear it change speeds?

So your blower works, you replaced it. Did, I assume it did, it work after your replaced it? Meaning, was it blowing air through the vents after you worked on it.
Also, when the HVAC codes come back, do they have a "C" after them?

I replaced the driver side actuator(Brand New) and cleared the codes. B0441 H keeps coming back. I also figured out why their was no air blowing thru the vents. The blower motor sounded like it kept getting stuck. I hear it start spinning but then it stops. So I loosened the bolts and wiggled it a little bit. Turn the ignition to "ON" and tryed to start the AC again. I hear the spins gettings stronger. So I keep wiggling about 4 more times. Then VOILA! Air started blowing out the vents!!!

Now back to the B0441 code. Its saying that my left actuator is out of range. How? when its brand new (at least thats what the site I bought it from said). http://www.ebay.com/itm/200680020106...ht_6296wt_1185
I feel air blowing thru all the vents now but the driver side blows hot/warm air. Tomorrow I'm going to try to put the old one back in. To see if it still works properly.

Thanks for all the help!

I did have sort of the same issue but without the blower issue. Put a new drivers side actuator in and still got the code.It turned out to be an AC charge issue.

Okay so I put the old actuator back in and turn the AC on w/o starting the vehicle. Driver side is blowing cold air again!!! ( I guess their was nothing wrong with it) all well I got an extra part just incase it does break in the future. But I'm still getting the B0441 H code.

OK, hows it blowing cold with the engine off, Ac won't work unless the engine is running? Unless its just cold there? Also, if its an H code, that means history, clear it and see if it comes back, hopefully it won't, only a problem if it comes back with a C after it. Good Luck.
