Methanol?
My car runs a straight meth injection set up that's not mixed with water. I have few buddies that race outlaws, pro stocks, etc in dirt. Some of their of their cars a alcohol but they run a top lubricant. Would there be any problems running that in my car

It will be fine if you want to, Probably not needed unless you are spraying a considerable amount, but it would not hurt anything, and could only help. Depends on your methanol, and where you get it from, but alot of it "VP" has top end lubricant already.

It is tuned for meth, just wondering if there would be any problems running some with a lubricant

You won't have a problem. I have used VP methanol with a lubricant and then 100% meth without it. No ill effects.

For a race car that is one thing. But for a street car ?
Forget the tuning issue, Failure to pay the Highway fuel tax per gallon, if and when you get caught, can be $10,000+ federal AND state fines.
Just like putting Off Road or Farm diesel fuel into your normal highway truck

Unless I misread the OP, he is running Meth injected into the intake airstream......not directly from his fuel tank.

I ran it like that for years in an old Z/28 on the street to keep the detonation down. Worked great and no ill effects.
