Default Tune?

When I bought my 2001 cpe, I received a list of previous mods which included a "tune". I've tried contacting the shop that supposedly did it to no avail .
Is there any way of determining what was done, i.e. what program/programmer was used, etc.
Thanks
BR

When I bought my Z06, it already had intake, headers, and exhaust. I wasn't sure if there was a tune on it or not, but I wanted to dyno tune it. I took it to England Green and when they hooked it up there had already been a tune on it. They couldn't tell who did it, they could just tell what was done. But they still threw it on the dyno and adjusted the tune and got a little more power out of it. Hope this helps

I know that EFI Live has "TRACK CHANGES" that allows you to compare stock vs current tune.
It doesn't really matter what program was used to tune it as long as the tuner didn't LOCK the PCM.

Absolutely can tell what, if anything, was changed. Won't be able to tell which programmer was used, but it really doesn't matter. Like Bill noted, it is no big deal unless the previous "tuner" locked it.

Looks like you are another member in the same area as Dan and I. I'm in The Woodlands. I have HP Tuners, and would be more than happy to pull the calibration currently in your pcm and compare it to a factory one sometime. It would only take a few minutes to do.

Unless it has a custom operating system which locks out the other brand whether the tuner intended to or not, but I doubt thats the case for your mods.
