I sounds to me like the EBCM is still bad. No comm normally means a total module failure.

I would be looking at the EBTCM connector and insure its clean and tight. Also, check the fuses in the engine fuse box.

But if it was bad I thought the tcs would not engage it won't let me do a burn out its has to be doing something

Torque management is more than just the brakes, it's timing and fuel too.

I had that issue after I put in a new EBCM, had to hit the dealer who found a broken ground under the battery and then He flashed the comp with a Tech II and all was well

I disagree. A "no comm" means it is not communicating on class 2, which could be a wiring issue, 12 volt/ground issue........or......EBCM failure.
