Catch Can News
Our Catch can is one step closer to being released..
initial testing indicates very good results Here is the quote:
I'm happy to say your can caught about 1.2 oz. that's compared to the .78 oz that the can I'm currently using.
We refined the can even further from that initial prototype
Bracket choice will be aluminum or 304 ss, the ss will be more money.
We are offering ss fittings on the can with an option for black fittings instead. The hose fittings are black. we use Red Horse..excellent quality and finish on them.
C5 bracket has been finalized, this is the prototype.

Looking into a 100% stainless can option at the moment as well. We are trying to build stock right now on the brackets. Finding a good supplier for them is proving to be difficult.
We have a file and prototype and its like pulling teeth to get it made....LOL

I think the only benefit to using stainless steel would be if you have a habit of driving through deep streams of water. Seriously, SST is much heavier than aluminum, which is fairly corrosion resistant, itself.

We are hoping for a 135 shipped price. One step closer today, we have the C5 brackets already test fitted and ready for production, the C6 is being test fitted this week and if all goes well will be ready for production.
The SS can would be for the surgical clean look that stainless steel provides... no real advantage other than that to it to be honest. Our can is aluminum and SS already

The can seperates the oil from the air before it ( the air) enters back into the intake and coats the valves and chamber and runners reducing the efficency of the engine.
The can is a dual chambered internaly filtered machined surface. We use real 40 micron stainless steel meshs and we create more surface area by machining as well.
All our features are all unique to our can as far as I know.

I am looking into buying a catch can very soon. But with plans for FI in the near future as well, how will the placement work with say a centri charger or the Hinson single turbo setup? It seems as tho there is hardly any room for the catch can to remain where u have it pictured with some sort of blower/turbo installed. Thanks.
