I think they have about a 3% market share in the C5/6 world, I don't have any personal experience with them

I have the complete STAINLESS WORKS SYSTEM on my 02 ZO6. I purched them in 04 and they have been on and off the engine several times with out any issues, They are extremely well made, fit fantastic and are supporting my measley 450 rwhp thru 1 3/4 primarys and the 3" X and Muffler system I have had ZERO issues with them.

I do not know if they sell this exact same system. Call them and discuss the options.

Their mufflers ROCK at WOT! Especially with my heads and cam installed!

Here are the pictures of the system installed on my 02 Z the day it was installed:

My 02 ZO6 on the Back Street DYNO at Bowling Green. (My old camera does NOT make a very good recording of the sound)

Let me know if you need any other info! I also have RANDOMTECH 3" HIGH FLOW CATS INSTALLED.

Bill, you made my job easier today Glad you've had it this long and still loving it. Lifetime warranty on it too don't forget.

We offer systems like Bill's in both dual tip and quad tip.

We also offer a retro-chambered system, which i think sounds amazing.

I doubt our market is as small as 3% but we are a relatively small company which does allow us to do some custom work the larger manufacturers can't accommodate.

For anyone who might like to learn a bit about us...

We fabricate just about everything in house at our facility in Chagrin Falls, Ohio

Everything is 304L Ever Last Stainless Steel with a Lifetime warranty.

Currently our C6 Z06 systems are running top of the pack for performance gains. C5 is right up there as well!

Any stainless steel will darken over time. They never rusted but, I had them ceramic coated when they were removed for my head and block repairs. It does help a lot with the heat and they look pretty again!

Oh,,,,,, I have never had any DTCs related to the O2 sensors in the headers or the mid pipe after the cat O2 sensors.

The only modifications that I have done to them is I installed a Wide Band O2 Sensor bung in the driver side header collector.

I've had them on my 02 for 10 years with no problems once I put rear O2 sensors up front. The customer service I got from Stainless Works was great.

I have SW headers on my 2001 Coup. Installed about 8 years ago with no issues. I would definately buy this brand again.
