Quick! How Do You Seperate the Lower Front Ball Joint?
I've got a call from another Vette Bro who can't get the lower front ball jount off. How do you remove it without the ball joint seperator?

Once you get the nut off, support the (spindle) rotor with a floor jack. Wrap on the top of the ball joint with a 2X4 and hammer. I had to lightly hammer on the side of one to break it loose.

If you are lowering you can just unbolt the upper a-arm from the car (it is held on by 4 bolts at the top of the wheel well) and swing the whole thing down to get access to the adjuster bolt :yesnod: Much safer than jacking the car up from the rotor.
