ATL Performance Rotors.. Slotted and drilled Front and rear complete set for $177 shipped.. Thought this was really cheap... Cheap rotors, quality wise? Anyone have any info on these? http://www.atlautosports.com/

They are probably just cheap OEM replacements that have been slotted and drilled.

If I were you, I'd get slotted and NOT drilled.

I've got the drilled/slotted rotors from www.Brakemotive.com which are four zinc plated rotors plus new brake pads included f&r for $180, shipping included. Best deal and they truly work great. They are absolutely much better than you would expect for such a low price.

I'm in need of a new set of rotors as well. Managed to heat soak and crack the set of OE's withing 5k mi.
The brake motive set looks like a bargain and from the few reviews I've read, they work well. Just wish they made a slotted only version. I'm not a huge fan of the drilled look with a stock size rotor.

Thanks everyone for the input I really like the looks of the slotted drilled rotors, however I'm thinking twice about the cross drilled rotor issues I have read about. I'm sure a really nice expensive cross drilled rotor would hold up much better at the track, however my track days are far and few in between. Great educational video bout x.. I never knew about internal vein design!

I called NAPA

They have THREE levels of brake rotors:

Premimum = Front $60, Rear $50 non slotted non drilled

Utrala Premium = Front $73, Rears $60, non slotted non drilled. They are thicker and have more fins than the premimums.

High Performance. Fronts $114 Rears $110. Slotted

Go to Napa and check it out. YES,, they do give a Military/ Retired Military discount!!

I got a set of these on the way as well. PO put slotted drilled on but they are rusty and the pads half way down. For 180 I figure it's worth a shot and I haven't heard any negatives. But if I was going to track I would look for an upgrade. Just plan on cruising.
