Completed header install today and looks and sounds good, car runs and idles great. Noticed when driving and on take off pressing the gas slow and easy I hear sucking noise that seems louder than with the stock exhaust. Not sure if this is normal or not, I went back and checked to see if I left anything disconnectec but all looks good.
I dont think you should hear a sucking noise, that would tend to be associated with a new intake.
Since you just removed a bunch of stuff it is possible that something was left disconnected. Did you remove the intake? Could be one of the vacuum lines on the back of the intake didn't get reconnected?
Also remember that the walls of the headers are much thinner than the cast exhaust manifolds that came off of there. Headers are known to be a bit 'noisier' than a stock exhaust system - meaning you will hear more noises than you did before, even when you change nothing else.....they are all sounds that were there, but were masked by the heavy manifolds.
