You should use the Series 2000 75W-90 for the rear differential. For the engine, although their latest Series 2000 has very good specifications it is a 0W-30, the manual states 5W-30 so I had to order a case of it. I was nervous about using something not specified in the owners manual. I think the 0W-30 would be fine and the 100 degree C viscosity is still superior to Mobil-1 10W-30, you never know with a dealer what they are going to say about warranty so I didn't want to chance it.
If you are going to order > $100 worth of stuff, it pays to do their "preferred member" program (basically you are buying down the markup rate). I'm buying a bunch today, stocking up on engine oil, gear/tranny oil, and filters for my cars. Saves on shipping as well.

Just remember a 0W-30 does fall into the 5W-30 catagory. Matter of fact it exceeds it.
Dealer will never know whether you have a 0W or 5W weight oil. OK maybe if they do oil analysis....but that's going a little far for a dealer.
