will not start
My 1999 c5 will not start, My codes are. 99-hvac-no comm,60-ipc-u1160(hc),u1176(hc), 58-sdm-u1000(hc),u1064(hc), 40-bcm-no comm,28-tcs-c1286(hc), 10-pcm-p1626(hc_. These are the codes with history and current. There are more with history only.
My car will not try to start,windows will not work,dash will not lite up, says low fuel with half tank of gas and reduced power just to name a few items. When i first noticed my battery only had 11.5 volts. i charged the battey but that didnt help. any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

so when you turn the key does it do anything.. can you hear the fuel pump kick on?

At the 11.5 volts pump did nothing, but after charging the pump started and guage hands swep right to leftwhen i turned the key on. I will try the battery cable removel the touch them together.

With the battery that low, it won't work at all. New battery and still didn't go is unusual. With the new battery in it and note that it must be at or above 12.5vdc for the computers to run, clear the codes and pull them again.
