Default fluids change questions

I have a 98 mn6 that I have owned for almost four years. I am looking to change "all" the fluids. I have the oil changed once every year so I know how much oil to buy. The owners manual tells me what to use and that is what I want to stay with. My question is how much? Can I get these fluids at the local auto parts store or do I / should I get them at the dealership?
