Phantom Horn
Wife just called me. The horn on our 98 just started going off uncomanded. Car sitting in driveway, no one near it. Scared her to death. Where do I start?

Ok. Provided there is no moisture dripping on the BCM, there is a good chance(common problem) with the horn membrane in the steering wheel itself. If you do a search for it, you will find threads on the fix. It's until it sounds contiuously, it's difficult to isolate. If it does not shut off, you can pull minifuse 11 in the underhood fuse box.
