I feel everyone's pain who has to replace it... without two people doing it, the job sucks! Getting the driver side bolts in while keeping the gaskets on is a bastard.
If it's not broke then definitely don't touch it! If it is, get ready to cuss and throw things when replacing
The job is easy, just annoying... basic mechanical know-how will save you a bunch of money from having a shop do this.

I changed my water pump at 112,000, had a slight weeping. On getting the gasket to stay in place I positioned the gaskets in place and then used super glue on the very edges several places around the perimeter of the gasket, away from the rubber or whatever material it is, went on like a champ !
