Edited my post. I want to run oil without turning the engine.
There is a threaded plug located on the left side of the block, near the front. You can remove the plug, and pressurize the oil lubrication system by the method of your choice.

Thanks for the help. Last time I was active here, A&A had the only pre-oiler. I'd love one at some point, or a full on dry sump system, but unfortunately it's not going to happen right now.
On fuel injected engine, hold pedal to the floor and turn engine over. Car will not start and pump the oil threw it. I do this after oil change..
Is this actually true? Can anyone confirm this? I do not doubt it, but I do not know either and can not say I have heard of it. Then again, I do not know too much on the newer EFI stuff.

It's true, try it with the oil in it before you change it. Been doing it for years.
Guys have rigged up an old SB or BB chev oil pump some lines, a drill motor and a bucket of oil. If you had a remote filter adapter, you should be able to prime the pressure side of the engine.
When I built my forged motor for road racing, I put the 3 qt accusump on it. I rarely have pressure issues at track, so pump doesn't get much work there, but it is also a dd, so I pre oil every morning before starting - 23lbs. You can pick up complete systems every now and then for around $300 in for sale section. Even new is not that expensive when you are talking about $5k (or $15k) motor. Not too hard of install.
