Default exhaust rubbing

Lately I have been hearing a rattle coming from under the passenger seat and figured it was the exhaust. Well I finally had a day off to clean the car and fix little odds and ends, well low and behold I find this:

Now my question is, is there a way to adjust it to pull it towards the driver side that I dont know about. I loosened the bolts that connect to spring hanger and they're not slotted so theres no adjustment there and also loosened the clamps and tried pushing pipes in more but theyre all the way in. My thought is that it was built wrong but cant remember there really being a clearance problem when first assembled less than 4,000 miles (over a year ago). Any ideas are welcome as im fresh out.

that is the rear where the x pipe meets with the over the axle cat back, its rubbing on the heat shield for gas tank. I tried prying on it but the bracket connected to x pipe has no slots only a hole big enough for bolt. That bracket connects to the mounting point held up with those springs, so theres really no possibility of adjustment. Everything else is lined up where it should be it just seems that side was bent too much pushing it towards the gas tank.
